About Seagull Restoration
Seagull Restoration is run by Ross Leger. Ross operates Kapiti Marine Charter, a ferry that transports
visitors daily to and from Kapiti Island Nature Reserve.
Kapiti Island is 5 km off-shore from Paraparaumu, on the west
coast of the lower North Island. In bewteen sailings, Ross can
be found in his workshop restoring classic engines. Ross is a
private collector of British Seagulls with models from 1933
Marston Seagulls to the QB series (1980 - 1994).
